WHY is it so cold?

It's not even a case of me being inappropriately cold, as Ryan is wont to accuse me of doing. I'm looking at the temperature, and cursing the 45° weather with a windchill of 36° thanks to 25-30mph winds.

FUCK THIS SHIT. I WANT SUMMER.
