Lulz Jekyll + TMI
We've been watching Jekyll, on
errantcomment's recommendation, and I'm quite enjoying it. Surprise!Gatiss was a bit of a laugh. Of course Moffat put his buddy in the Victorian segment of his show. I'm quite liking the amount of meta in this, though. It's fun in a way that wouldn't have worked at all for Sherlock.
Now the TMI portion of the post, and what I actually came here to say.
Told Ryan this morning that I did not trust him, and furthermore, I'd probably never trust him. Which sounds really quite horrible, I know, but there's more.
I keep myself trimmed in the pants area. Partially for general hygiene and partially to make unexpected hospital stays cleaner in general (which, by the way, it's been nearly a year since the last unexpected overnight. Yay!). Anyway, it's something I do whilst in the bath, with a pair of scissors, because I find that's actually the safest way of going about it, and the least itchy.
Occasionally, Ryan and I like to share a bath, and this morning he got it into his head that he wanted to do my trimming. He started high up above anything important and got about two cuts in before I lost my nerve and took the scissors. Which is fine, because apparently as soon as he asked, he realised it was a stupid idea, but didn't know how to back out. So at least the distrust was agreed upon.
