Yes! It's got Stephen Mangan as Gently (which is an odd choice, but it works), and some ogre called Boyd as MacDuff (seriously. He's got at least four inches on Mangan, who is not a short man by any means). They've changed quite a bit of it around, because it was only two books, so even four episodes rather outlives the original series. MacDuff sticks around because detective shows just work better with pairs, and they've done quite a bit of shuffling to make everything recognisable but still unique stories. And it's been updated, because a TV show about a bunch of Macintosh fanboys just wouldn't really go over very well. It updates wonderfully, though.
