I was just watching that yesterday, too. Get out of my brain!

How's Dreamwidth doing these days? I sort of left because I felt like I was the only person over there.

It's a lot busier these days. A fair number of people are crossposting, or at least checking their flist there. It's straddling two networks for me, sure, but I do that anyway with a ton of other sites so eh. *shrugs*

I'm just so fucking wary of LJ/FB integration re: TOS issues. Fuck privacy, we don't got none o'that anyway; I'm more concerned that FB will start shutting down user pages and demanding that journals be disabled because of pornographic content. FB is VERY anti-porn, they've shut down a number of pro-porn and pro-sexwork pages even when they have not been in conflict with the TOS. So what will happen when someone cross-posts their latest porno fan photo manip to LJ and FB? Do we really think FB is going to be happy about slash fanfic showing up? I think not. :(

Yeah, I've no idea why they felt the need to integrate like that. There's a script you can run that will hide those boxes, ostensibly making it so that you can't accidentally crosspost your comments. I'm not sure how it works with Facebook (plus, I do ALL of my entries in Semagic, so I doubt those get posted at all).

And with Twitter, since when is the average entry 140 characters or less? Hell, since when is the average COMMENT 140 characters or less? WTF?

Well, maybe just the ones to most fanfic: "Dude so hawt! Great story loved the sexxors MOAR!!!"

*snicker*
