I should like, update or something

OMG a post!

I've sort of been a bit of a hermit, lately, living in my little hermit cave with my hermit cats. Uhm....

I'm doing NaNo this year, even though I said I wasn't going to. I'm posting it on my fic account and over at AO3. I'll probably be doing Yuletide as well. Woo!

Uhm... Things.

Things are good. Maybe that's why I've not been posting lately. I only ever really post on LJ when I want to bitch about something, but there's not really been anything really bitch-worthy going on. The closest is probably expired bank cards, but even that was pretty minor, considering some of the other crap we've gone through lately.

Here's one: My neighbour is mental. How mental, you ask? Like, knocking on my door at 4am to see if my internet was working, mental. Who does that? Well, my neighbour, obviously, but besides him.

I also got brave and tried to poke at the Sherlock (BBC) fandom briefly. It scared the hell out of me, and I ran away after about five minutes. Seriously, that shit is terrifying. That may become the new yardstick against which I measure terrifying fandoms. I still like the show very much, but I'll stick with my tiny fandoms that are so inactive that there isn't even the potential for mental scarring.

I've also been doing a lot of crocheting lately. Lots of Afghans.

Oh! And I can eat Domino's again! That was the highlight of my week, discovering that they now have the option to let you pick which sauce you want. Which really probably just goes to show the extent of my hermit tendencies right now.

That's all, really. Life is good, so I've been enjoying it, rather than moaning at you guys all the time.

*hugs tight* So very glad to hear that things are going well for the most part. More or less the same here, save for an anxiety episode and daily business as usual.
